TruckER is not a bidding marketplace. You post one transportation-pay offer up front. Drivers can request those terms, but they cannot bid the rate up or undercut one another. Your only TruckER charge is the completed-match fee described above.

TruckER takes 0% of the driver's transportation pay. Drivers keep 100% of the pay they agree to receive. That payment is settled directly between the business and the driver, and TruckER never holds it.
