For trucking companies
One carrier account for your team, drivers, and fleet.
Request qualified delivery opportunities as the motor carrier and dispatch your own eligible company driver and vehicle. TruckER charges motor carriers $0 in platform fees and takes 0% of agreed transportation pay.
TruckER is in pre-launch. Carrier matching and Instant Book are off. You can create and prepare a carrier account, but joining does not guarantee work, revenue, verification, or a pilot launch date.
How motor-carrier accounts work on TruckER
- One company account per USDOT number
- A motor carrier has a single company account tied to its USDOT number. The company can invite authorized owners, managers, dispatchers, billing users, viewers, and company drivers, but every person must use their own secure login. Shared credentials are prohibited.
- Separate Carrier Reliability Score
- Your trucking company earns its own Carrier Reliability Score, separate from each individual driver's reliability score. The company score is never a driver's score and is not an average or copy of driver scores. During pre-launch it shows Not yet rated until the carrier completes qualifying deliveries.
- Carrier responsibility
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the carrier is the transportation-service provider and remains solely responsible for its drivers and personnel, dispatch, authority, insurance, equipment, vehicles, safety, regulatory compliance, cargo, load acceptance, transportation performance, claims, taxes, compensation, and payment collection.
- Normal load-board workflow
- Carriers follow the familiar load-board process: review the posted opportunity and terms, request or accept through the company account when enabled, independently evaluate the load, assign an eligible company driver and vehicle, perform the transportation services, update delivery status, and provide proof of delivery. TruckER supplies matching and tracking technology and does not become the carrier, employer, dispatcher, broker, insurer, or party providing transportation.
Carrier Reliability Score
Not yet rated
Your company score is separate from every individual driver's reliability score and is never copied or averaged from them. It stays not yet rated until your carrier completes qualifying deliveries. Carrier matching is disabled during pre-launch, so no percentage is estimated.
Company onboarding
Verification before dispatch
The company, its assigned driver, and the vehicle must all satisfy the delivery's requirements. Eligibility is enforced on the server, not only shown in the interface.
1. Create the company account
An authorized owner adds the carrier's legal identity, USDOT/MC information, service states, contact details, and equipment capabilities.
2. Complete verification
Accept the Motor Carrier Agreement and securely submit authority and current insurance evidence for review.
3. Build the roster
Invite company drivers and teammates to their own role-based logins. Drivers must accept and remain individually eligible.
4. Request and dispatch
When an approved pilot opens, request matching work as the company, then assign an eligible roster driver and verified vehicle after selection.
$0 carrier platform fees
Keep 100% of the pay you agree to receive
Transportation terms and payment are between the business and motor carrier. TruckER does not hold carrier pay and does not take a percentage.
Fleet controls
Track unit details, CDL class, equipment, inspection, insurance, verification, and active status.
Role-based team
Owners, managers, dispatchers, billing users, viewers, and company drivers use separate logins.
Qualification proof
Carrier, driver, vehicle, authority, insurance, agreement, and delivery-specific requirements are checked.
Motor carrier questions
A no-fee carrier workflow, clearly explained
How the company account, reliability score, dispatch process, and carrier responsibility work.
- Does TruckER charge motor carriers?
- No. Motor carriers pay $0 in TruckER platform fees, and TruckER takes 0% of the transportation pay the carrier agrees to receive.
- How many TruckER accounts can one trucking company create?
- Each motor carrier has one company account tied to its USDOT identity. Owners, managers, dispatchers, billing users, viewers, and company drivers use their own individual logins inside that company account.
- How does TruckER fit a carrier's normal load-board workflow?
- When an approved pilot opens, the carrier reviews qualified delivery opportunities, requests the posted terms, and—if selected—dispatches its own eligible driver and verified vehicle. The carrier remains the transportation provider and is responsible for its services, people, equipment, compliance, and obligations.
- Do trucking companies receive a reliability score?
- Yes. A Carrier Reliability Score is separate from individual driver scores. A new carrier shows "Not yet rated" until enough qualifying delivery history exists.
- Are motor-carrier delivery opportunities live now?
- No. Carrier matching and Instant Book are off during pre-launch. Account preparation does not guarantee verification, work, revenue, or a pilot launch date.
